On this rainy Thursday afternoon, everything seemed normal at an international airport. But suddenly, the dog K9 Max, a well-trained Malinois, stopped abruptly, barking insistently. He never acted like this without reason.
Officer Mark Daniel followed his gaze. Max was fixated on a little girl, about six years old, holding a worn-out teddy bear with one eye missing.
